1. Oil leakage from the engine plug of the shot blasting machine

Check the oil blockage screws, screw hole screws, and conical plugs to find the location of the oil leakage. If the oil blockage screw is damaged or unqualified, it should be replaced with a new component; Due to damage to the screw holes, the size of the screw holes can be increased and new oil plugs can be installed; Wear caused by conical blockage can be changed from conical tapping to flat blockage, and then installed and used with pads.

2. Oil leakage from the rotating shaft of the shot blasting machine engine

If the high-pressure oil pipe joint of the shot blasting machine engine is worn, deformed or cracked, resulting in oil leakage, it can be sawn off and replaced for welding. Due to damage to the low-pressure oil pipe joint, the bell mouth can be sawn off and remade. Due to thread damage, the parts should be repaired or replaced with new ones. Due to damage to the gasket or uneven assembly, plastic gaskets can be used instead, or a nylon file or sandpaper can be used to grind it flat. In severe cases, a milling machine can be used to grind it flat. If there are tension marks on the assembly surface of the pipe joint, the joint assembly surface and gasket can be smoothed with fine sandpaper or oilstone; Due to impurities on the mating surface, attention should be paid to body cleanliness during assembly, and the joint fixing bolts should be evenly tightened.

3. Oil leakage from the shot blasting machine engine switch

Check and remove the rust between the ball valve and the seat hole, and choose a suitable steel ball to replace it. Repair or replace fasteners and sealing fillers. If the surface of the cone joint is not tight, it can be ground with fine valve sand and engine oil.

4. Oil leakage at the plane joint of the shot blasting machine engine

According to the unevenness of the contact surface, the belt type shot blasting machine uses a nylon file, fine sandpaper, or oilstone to grind flat, and large parts can be ground flat using a machine tool. In addition, the assembled gasket should be qualified and cleaned and placed down. At the same time, pay attention to whether the bolts of the shot blasting machine are loose and tighten all fixing bolts.
