How to use sandblasting machines by manufacturers of mesh belt through sandblasting machines
I believe many friends are curious about how sandblasting machines are used and so on. Today, we mainly wrote an article to share with everyone about this issue, hoping to be helpful to everyone.
We can write about the use of sandblasting machines as four points: startup, shutdown, precautions, and remarks.
The startup sequence is:
1. Connect the air source and check if all parts are securely connected and there are no air leaks;
2. Fill the abrasive, ventilate the tank, close the feeding valve, and recheck for any air leakage;
3. Open the shut-off solenoid valve and adjust the handwheel to spray an appropriate amount of abrasive from the nozzle for normal operation.
The shutdown sequence is:
First, close the electromagnetic stop valve of the shot peening valve, then close the electromagnetic stop valve of the air stop valve, and finally cut off the power of the directional valve for exhaust.
Precautions:
1. The abrasive must be dry and free of impurities, and the compressed air must meet the usage pressure and be separated by gas and ice;
2. The abrasive can be added up to 4/5 of the tank volume, but it can be too full;
3. The action of the feeding valve must be flexible and reliable, and all abrasives must enter the tank before being supplied with air;
4. Maintenance requires shutdown and exhaust. When the tank is under high pressure, do not move or disassemble it to prevent accidents;
5. The studio should generally be shielded to prevent abrasive particles from flying out and injuring people. Prohibit spraying on people;
Remarks:
1. Due to the fact that this machine usually does not work alone, the solenoid valve wiring can be connected to the host electrical system according to the actual situation, and corresponding buttons can be set.
2. When using metal pellets, this machine can be equipped with a material level gauge according to actual needs to cooperate with automatic feeding.
