What issues should be paid attention to when starting the mesh belt through shot blasting machine

1、 Before work

1. Check the 'handover record'.

2. Before operation, check the wear of vulnerable parts such as protective plates, rubber curtains, and rollers, and replace them in a timely manner.

3. Check the coordination of all moving parts, check if the bolt connections are loose, and tighten them in a timely manner.

4. Check if any debris has fallen into the machine and clean it in a timely manner to prevent blockage of each conveying link and equipment failure.

5. Check if the lubrication of each part meets the standards.

6. Before starting the machine, it can only be prepared to start when it is confirmed that there is no one inside the room and the access door is securely closed. Before starting the machine, a signal should be issued to prevent personnel near the machine from leaving.

7. Follow the operating procedures correctly.

2、 At work

1. Firstly, start the ventilation and dust suction motor, check the operation, and confirm that it is normal before starting the shot blasting machine. Before starting the shot blasting machine, do not open the control valve for the iron shot supply.

2. It is necessary to frequently check the quality of steel cleaning, and if necessary, adjust the shot angle and roller conveyor speed. c. At any time, observe whether the steel has deviation, and timely eliminate slipping.

3. Pay attention to the vibration and sound during the operation of the shot blasting machine, as well as the temperature rise of the bearings and motors. If there are any abnormalities, stop the machine for inspection, troubleshoot or replace the blades.

4. At the end of the shot blasting room work, the shot tube should be closed first and the air intake should be stopped; Turn off the shot blasting motor and finally stop the ventilation fan.

5. If any abnormal phenomenon occurs, immediately shut down the machine, check the cause, and promptly eliminate it.

6. Wet steel plates are prohibited from entering the shot blasting room for shot blasting treatment.

3、 After work

1. Cut off the power supply and clean the debris on the lower screen of the separator.

2. Conduct daily maintenance and upkeep.

3. Fill in the "handover record" and do a good job of handover work
