1. Check the high manganese steel protective plate, wear-resistant rubber plate, and other protective plates inside the shot blasting machine room. If wear or breakage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent bullet shots from penetrating the chamber wall and flying out of the chamber to harm people; When it is necessary to enter the interior of the room for maintenance, the main power supply of the equipment must be cut off and labeled for instructions.

2. Check the tension of the hoist and tighten it in a timely manner when it is loose to avoid accidents;

3. Check the vibration of the shot blaster. If significant vibration is found in the machine, it should be stopped in a timely manner, checked for wear on the wear-resistant parts of the shot blaster and the overweight of the impeller, and replaced with damaged parts;

4. Regularly lubricate all motors and bearings on the equipment.

5. Regularly replenish new bullets because they will wear and break during use, and a certain amount of new bullets should be replenished regularly. Especially when the cleaning quality of the cleaned workpiece is not up to standard, a small amount of bullets may be an important reason;

6. When installing the blades of the shot blaster, it should be noted that the weight difference between a set of eight blades should not exceed 5 grams, and the wear of the blades, shot splitters, and directional sleeves should be regularly checked for timely replacement. During maintenance, do not leave maintenance tools, screws, and other debris in the machine.
