The dust collector and settling chamber of the roller through shot blasting machine are a type of dust collection facility used by people to capture dust, and are ancient and simple dust collection devices. Its working principle is that when the dusty gas enters the large settling chamber, the cross-sectional area of the settling chamber is much larger than the cross-sectional area of the vacuum tube, so the speed of the dusty gas in the shot blasting machine is greatly reduced, which can be reduced by 10-20 times. During the period when the dusty gas passes through the settling chamber, larger dust particles have sufficient time to settle under the action of gravity in the settling chamber, and the purified dusty gas is discharged from the other end of the settling chamber. A settling chamber is a dust collection device that utilizes gravity to naturally settle dust, also known as a gravity settling chamber. The settling chamber of the shot blasting machine dust collector has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, low energy consumption, small pressure loss, simple maintenance and management, and can directly handle high concentration dusty gases. However, its massive size and low dust collection efficiency are its fatal drawbacks. In the past, settling chambers were mostly used in industry to capture dust particles>40um, or as pre collection for multi-stage dust collection systems. It is not impossible to use a settling chamber to capture fine dust, but the occupied area is surprisingly large. The shot blasting machine vacuum cleaner system generally uses the settling chamber as the pre suction device of the bag vacuum cleaner, filtering out coarse dust particles in advance, reducing the burden on the bag vacuum cleaner and reducing the wear of dust on the vacuum bag.

The components of the roller through shot blasting machine are composed of:


1. Cleaning room: The cleaning room is a large capacity plate box shaped assembly welding structure, and the inner wall of the room is lined with ZGMn13 wear-resistant protective plate. The cleaning operation is carried out in a sealed chamber.


2. Conveyor roller table: divided into indoor conveyor roller tables and loading and unloading section conveyor roller tables. The indoor drum is covered with a high chromium wear-resistant cover and a limit ring. The high chromium wear-resistant cover is used to protect the drum from the impact of bullets. The limit ring can run at the predetermined position of the workpiece to prevent deviation and accidents.


3. Elevator: mainly composed of upper and lower transmission, cylinder, belt, hopper, etc. The elevator adopts a polygonal structure composed of rib plates, wheel plates, and wheel hubs to enhance friction, avoid sliding, and extend the service life of the belt. The elevator cover is bent into shape, and the cover plate on the elevator cover can be opened to repair and replace the hopper and lap belt. Opening the cover plate on the lower shell of the elevator can eliminate the blockage of the bottom bullet. Adjusting the bolts on both sides of the upper shell of the elevator to drive the pull plate up and down can maintain the tightness of the lifting belt. The upper and lower pulleys adopt square seat outer spherical ball bearings, which can automatically adjust when subjected to vibration and impact, and have good sealing performance.


4. Shot blasting machine: Adopting a single disc shot blasting machine, it has become the perfect high-level shot blasting machine in China today. It mainly consists of a rotating mechanism, impeller, cover, steering wheel, shot wheel, protective plate, etc. The impeller is forged from Cr40 material, and the blades, steering wheel, shot wheel, and protective plate are cast from high chromium material


5. Purging device: This device uses a high-pressure fan and sets elastic blowing nozzles at different angles in the auxiliary chamber of the chamber to blow and clean residual projectiles on the surface of the workpiece.


6. Inlet and outlet sealing: The sealing devices for the inlet and outlet of the workpiece are made of rubber spring steel plates. To prevent shot splashing out of the cleaning chamber during shot blasting, multiple reinforced seals are installed at the inlet and outlet of the workpiece, which have the characteristics of strong elasticity, long service life, and good sealing effect.


7. Dust removal system: The bag filter mainly consists of a bag filter, a fan, a dust removal pipeline, and other components to form a dust removal system. The dust removal efficiency can reach 99.5%.


8. Electrical control: The electrical control system uses conventional control to control the entire machine, using high-quality electrical components produced domestically and internationally, with the advantages of high reliability and easy maintenance. The main power supply is protected by small circuit breakers and thermal relays to prevent each motor from short circuit, phase failure, and overload. And there are multiple emergency stop switches to facilitate emergency shutdown and prevent accidents from expanding. Install safety protection switches on the inspection doors of the cleaning room and the cleaning room. After any inspection door is opened, the shot blasting machine cannot be started.
